Is my data safe?
Yes. Each business's data is stored separately and only your team can see it. Sign-in is by email link, with no passwords, and changes to your records are logged.
Is Starter really free?
Yes, forever. It isn't a trial. You only pay for JIA as you use it, and you choose the monthly limit.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open UJI in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. Stock counts and booth orders use the phone camera.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use UJI. Or just ask JIA.
Can my clients order without signing up?
Yes. Send a preview link. They browse and order, and the order lands on your Orders board.
